How does made-to-order work?

Every piece is produced only after you place your order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Nothing is wasted. This means delivery takes a bit longer — but your piece exists because you chose it.
How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Some items may take slightly longer depending on the design and production method. We'll keep you updated.
Where do you ship?

Switzerland and the European Union. Every shipment is CO2-neutral and free of charge.
What about returns?

If something doesn't fit or feel right, reach out within 30 days of delivery. We'll sort it out. Because the pieces are made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind — but we'll always work with you on sizing or defects.
What is the quality like?
